Jewellery Care

We advise not wearing our pieces in the shower or sea/swimming pool, as the strings/stones/gold vermeil will discolour over time. 



Sterling silver tarnishes when not worn. It can be cleaned with a soft silver cloth if needed. 


Gold vermeil is a layer of gold over sterling silver and may fade over time. 


The build-up of body creams, exposure to sunlight, will fade the brilliance of some gemstones over time. 

Re-stringing Service

We offer a re-stringing service according to your preference after one year of purchase, at a cost of £10.  Please email us if you require this service.

Bespoke Service


We offer bespoke designed jewellery to our customers. We can use pre-owned pieces of jewellery or charms and turn them into new and edgy fashion jewellery. This service has a starting price of £15. Please contact customer service for further information.  


We are happy to accept returns on items that are damaged when received, provided they are posted back to us within 7 days and are in the original packaging. We will replace the item and pay your return postage fee. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. 

Delivery & Tracking




We provide two shipping methods within the UK. On all orders placed for £50 and under, a Royal Mail 'Signed For' service is offered, this costs £2.95 and takes 1 - 3 working days, on all orders above £50, Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' is used, this costs £4.95 and the parcel can be tracked online. 

Please occasionally allow 5 working days for dispatch.



Delivery outside the UK costs £9.95 and is delivered by the Royal Mail 'International Signed For' service. Delivery is approximately 3-5 working days and shipments need to be signed for upon receipt.
